10 Week Challenge
Our 10 Week Challenge is about creating lasting change in and out of the gym. The challenge focuses on technique and getting comfortable in the gym with workouts progressively increasing in intensity as technique is mastered.
The challenge classes run multiple times during the week to allow you to choose a workout schedule that suits your individual needs .
3 Son’s Fitness Classes involve HITT, functional movements, cardio and endurance with the additon of mobility. These classses have been designed for your body to get stronger and make life outside the gym easier along side shedding those extra kilos.
In addition to the core component of the fitness classes challengers also gain access to additional support services and discounts that encourage lifestyle changes and support progress made in the gym.
Challengers Sessions are set out to make sure every muscle group is targeted so its imperative to attend all sessions so you are getting the most out of each session and your body grows stronger with each week.
