This is your opportunity to attend 2 weeks of session before committing to a 10 week challenge. You will experience all of the session which are a combination of functional movements to improve your everyday life outside the gym. You will work on your core and glute strength giving you a strong foundation to go about your day taking the load of your back, while improving your endurance levels, cardio vascular levels and giving you an overall strength.
Classes are held Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and rest day in between Wednesday
Class times are 5.30am, 6.30am and 5.30pm, 6.30pm
