I haven’t exercised for a while - will I be pushed to my limits in session one?
No, John doesn’t subscribe to the drill sergeant mentality. He begins challenges by teaching correct technique and form to ensure clients have a solid foundation to build on. The intensity of workouts increases as the challenge progresses.
Is it family friendly?
We are completely family friendly - having kids ourselves we wanted to ensure that we provide an inviting environment which is supportive of parents who want to prioritise their own fitness goals and wellbeing. We have a kids rooms to keep the young ones busy while you work out. We also have a 9am class which suits a lot of parents.
I have an injury, can I still participate?
Yes, of course. Please inform John before the class and he will provide personal modifications for you. Try to be completely honest with your limits and remember that there is no pressure to perform the classes in a certain way. The modifications are for your personal benefit to ensure that you can get the most out of the class while respecting your body.
I’m a shift worker - can I do this around my roster?
We have a number of classes every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. With 4 class sessions on each challenge day there is something to suits everyone’s here
