Our Philosophy
We believe in correct technique and a progressive workout style that aims to get you fitter not just for the gym but to make your life outside of the gym easier. We believe a holistic approach is the most effective for lifestyle change!
Too many times people go to challenges or the gym and they have no idea what they are doing and don’t get taught technique and form, therefore not achieving the results they want.
We want to educate and empower our challengers and those we work with so that they have a strong foundation. This allows them to gain functional strength that helps in every other area of life outside of the gym.
In addition to correct form and technique we believe that sustainable lifestyle changes are dependent on what you do outside of the gym including how you choose to nourish your body, mind and soul.
Looking after your body from the inside as well as taking proper care of your mind and soul is vital in achieving long lasting healthful results. We work with local services to give challengers access to dieticians, body workers and counsellors to ensure that they have the full support they need to make lasting changes.
