If you are ready to take your training to the next level, this is for you!

10 Weeks of training at an elite level, improving your own body mechanics, strengthening your foundation with pre and post game conditioning.

Classes are held Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and rest day in between Wednesday

Class times are 4.30pm each day
